Deposit - a deposit of 20% of the rental is payable 3 months in advance.
Balance - the balance of 80% is due no later than 8 weeks before the rental starts plus £100 damage deposit which will be returned after the end of the rental period, subject to deduction for excessive cleaning/breakages
Payment in full, 3 months in advance, attracts a 5% discount.
Last minute bookings (less than 6 weeks before rental commences) are payable in full in advance.
Cancellation 6 weeks before the start date - full deposit returned. Cancellation 6 weeks after the start date - no deposit returned.
Cleaning - the villa will be thoroughly cleaned before arrival. On departure you are expected to leave it in a tidy condition. Normal cleaning time is 10 hours. Any cleaning time needed in excess of the will be deducted from the deposit at the rate if 20 euros an hour. Interim cleaning during your stay is possible. Payment for this is direct to the cleaner at the rate of 15 euros an hour.
All linen and towels are provided. A washing machine is available for your own use.
Cooking - all facilities are available. The supervisor can generally provide a cook if required with menus from simple, chinese or provencal. Prices by arrangement.
Breakages - advise the supervisor. All will be replaced at cost from the deposit.
Water/Gas/Electricity - high and medium season, no charge. A nominal charge may be payable in the low season.
Garden and Pool - maintained on a weekly basis.
Phone/Fax/Internet - chargeable in retrospect - see Deposit.
Tenancy is normally on a Saturday 4pm to Sat 10am basis.
Other changeover days allowing you to take advantage of midweek airfares may be possible by arrangement.
Occupancy - a maximum of 10 persons including young people. No pets. No children who cannot swim. Pools are dangerous. The renter must accept full responsibility for safety in the house and pool and full liability for any accidents.
